Return & Refund Policy

At Furnimora, your satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds work for both furniture rentals and purchases.

1. Return Policy for Purchases

Return requests for purchased furniture can be made within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is not damaged or altered
  • Original packaging is intact

Items that have been assembled or installed cannot be returned unless delivered in a damaged condition.

2. Return Policy for Rented Furniture

For rented furniture, returns are allowed at the end of the rental period. Early returns may incur a minimum usage fee as per rental terms.

Furniture must be returned in good, usable condition. Charges may apply for:

  • Physical damage
  • Stains or tears
  • Missing accessories or parts

3. Non-returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Clearance sale items
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.

Refund timelines:

  • 7–10 business days for prepaid orders
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Pickup or return shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will offer a free replacement or full refund based on the issue.
