1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all major metro cities, tier-1, and tier-2 locations across India. Delivery availability for your area will be shown at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Tier-1 & Tier-2 Cities: 5–12 business days
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional time

Delivery timelines depend on product availability, location, and order type.

3. Delivery & Pickup Charges

Delivery and pickup charges for rented furniture depend on your location and product category. Charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.

4. Installation

Most purchased and rented furniture includes free or low-cost installation. Our team ensures proper setup at your home or office.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real-time.

6. Failed or Missed Delivery

If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.

7. Damages During Delivery

If any product arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours with photos or videos. We will arrange a free replacement or repair.
