1. Product Information

Furnimora makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, and details. However, minor variations in color, fabric texture, wood finish, or design may occur due to lighting, manufacturing differences, or screen display settings.

2. Orders & Payments

For Purchases:

• Full payment is required before dispatch.
• Orders may be cancelled if items are out of stock or pricing errors occur.
• Furnimora reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.

For Furniture Rentals:

• Rental orders require an upfront security deposit.
• Monthly rental fees must be paid on or before the due date.
• Late payments may incur penalty charges.

3. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines vary by location and product availability. Installation (if required) is provided at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the installation site (doorways, elevators, staircases, etc.).

4. Rental Usage Terms

Customers must use rented furniture responsibly and maintain it in good condition. Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be chargeable at repair or replacement cost.

5. Warranty & Service

All purchased furniture comes with a limited warranty applicable to manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, stains, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Returns and cancellations are subject to Furnimora’s Refund & Return Policy. Custom-made items, used furniture, and installed products may not be eligible for returns.

7. Limitation of Liability

Furnimora shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delays in delivery, or website access issues. Our total liability is limited to the product’s purchase or rental value.

8. Website Usage

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of website content, images, or product information is prohibited. Misuse may result in legal action.
