Warranty Policy
All furniture purchased from Furnimora is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty that ensures protection against defects in materials and workmanship. This policy applies only to purchased items and not rental furniture.
1. Warranty Coverage Duration
- Wooden Furniture: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Upholstered Furniture (Sofas, Recliners, Chairs): 1-year warranty on frame and stitching.
- Mattresses: 5–10 years brand-specific warranty (as applicable).
- Metal Furniture: 1-year warranty on structure and welds.
- Electrical/Appliance Items: Covered under the respective brand’s official warranty.
2. Warranty for Rental Furniture
Rental furniture is not covered under warranty. However, Furnimora ensures free repairs for any issues arising from normal wear and tear during the rental period.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, stains, or improper handling.
- Damage due to water exposure, humidity, or environmental factors.
- Normal wear and tear, fabric fading, mattress sagging below industry limits.
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations by unauthorized technicians.
- Damage caused during shifting or relocation by the customer.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To raise a warranty claim, customers must provide the order ID and product details. Our team will inspect the issue and determine whether it falls under warranty coverage. Repairs, replacements, or service timelines may vary depending on product type and availability.
